He graduated Magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 1984, he completed his law degree at the UP College of Law. Additionally, she obtained an Executive MBA degree from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in 2005 and a Masters in Public Administration degree from Harvard University in 2004.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines in 1997. He subsequently obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 2001 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2002. In 2005, he participated in a special program at Harvard University. Additionally, he earned his Masters in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University in 2002.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines in 1983. Subsequently, he received his Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 1987 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1988. Starting from November 1990 to April 1992, he served as an associate at the law offices of ABC. In May 1999, he joined our firm and became a Partner in July 2000.
